hello, i'm amanda bierbrauer
Prior to becoming an attorney, I spent over 20 years in business and finance. I graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a degree in accounting and within two years had started and sold my own business.
For the next few years, I was CFO of a private corporation while earning my Masters Degree in Business from Marylhurst University. I then transitioned into higher education, overseeing millions in federal and state funds each year, overseeing large diverse teams, projects, building the Financial Wellness Center on Portland State University's campus and spearheading national research on the impact financial literacy has on socio-economic mobility.
My passion for learning led me to the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where I graduated in 2020. I became an attorney to help people preserve their life's work and values. I believe access to affordable competent legal advice should be for everyone. I enjoy helping others, whether they are young college students or established professionals, plan for their futures.
Outside of practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my children, family and friends, exploring the NW, and live music. I’m a classically trained pianist with an ever expanding record collection. I enjoy traveling but nothing beats coming home to the PNW.
Throughout all these experiences, is a desire to learn, be curious, and to serve others.
